Very poor customer service and hidden fees. Not to mention the non-meticulous attention to detail when updating profiles

Worst insurance company ever!! This Trevor and his team are just a gang!! They will rip you off and you can do nothing about it but watch!! They recently called me ( two months ahead for the renewal) to say that I had license suspension in the past 3years and they can no longer keep my insurance and they will be cancelling it so, I agreed with them and was waiting for the cancellation statement but, what they did is twisted all what they have told me and kept the insurance on without even notifying me just they can charge me extra two months even tho I’m not gonna be driving the car!!! Will never get back to this company ever again!! You should avoid them at all costs!!

I was with Trevor for 4 years, and I always had a terrible experience with (Trevor Capra Desjardins Insurance Agent.) He showed little to no regard for his customers and only seemed to care about money. He was rude and unprofessional, and it was clear that he did not value my business. I would not recommend him or his company to anyone looking for insurance

I have been a client of Trevor's since I got my first house over 14 years ago. And now finally able to get coverage for my car back with them as rates just couldn't be competitive. Always very professional and personable. Extremely happy with his service and would highly recommend to anyone

lies to his customers about not having to pay a cancellation fee then lies about his lies i wouldnt do business with this man dont tell someone on the phone they dont need to pay a fee then make them pay a fee bad for business he owes me money
