Great little ferry. Easy crossings. Staff are professional at what they do and how they treat their clients.

I hosted a joint birthday party for my husband's and son's milestone birthdays on July 10th. Brian was great to work with, very accommodating and friendly. He and his staff were professional, helpful and courteous and created a wonderful experience for all of the adults and children on board. They were particularly caring of our senior parents. The boat itself was perfect for our group- we had about 40 guests, and there was tonnes of space for them to spread out and enjoy different aspects of the covered open-air deck upstairs, the lounge and open bow area downstairs. It was great that we could bring our own food, and the cost of the charter as well as drinks were very reasonable. Kudos to Brian and the team for operating such a great vessel and for helping us to create such wonderful memories!

First of all, the premium ticket is a scam! They let people in randomly so do not fall for it. The woman named Pascal, who was acting as the tour leader and talking on the mic explaining the scenes was very rude, unprofessional, aggressive, ​with a very poor voice and lack of knowledge. The seats are of low quality as well. I saw way better boats on the way so recommend you to do a bit of research and choose a better tour.

Just an awesome whale watching experience.

Took the Bracebridge Cruise which is for 1.5 hours. It was a wonderful experience. The captain and the steward were very hospitable. The steward engaged with all the guests on board and gave all of us some history of the lake and the surrounding.

The cruise experience itself was overall good and the ship docked off from the town on time and arrived on time. Only thing dissapointing is the fact that the front desk staff who hands out the tickets needs to be more welcoming. I had an unfortunate encounter with the front desk staffs that left me deeply disappointed. The lack of warmth and professionalism exhibited by the staff members was truly disheartening. From the moment I stepped infront of the two staff, I was greeted with indifference by them. Their lack of a welcoming smile or even a simple greeting made me question their commitment to customer service. As a customer and a tourist visiting the town, I believe it is essential to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, this was sorely lacking in their demeanor.As I approached the front desk to receieve the tickets, I encountered a particularly rude staff member who seemed more interested in completing tasks quickly than attending to the needs of guests. When I inquired about certain amenities and services, their responses were curt and dismissive. It was evident that they lacked the patience and willingness to address my queries properly. It is important to note that the overall ambiance of a the cruise service or any business service is heavily influenced by the front desk staff. They serve as the first point of contact and should set the tone for the entire guest experience. Unfortunately, in this case, their unwelcoming and rude demeanor created a negative atmosphere that overshadowed the positive aspects of the cruise.I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues promptly to ensure that future guests have a more welcoming and pleasant experience.

I have lived in windsor my whole life and have never thought to go on a windsor cruise until now. The staff was amazing in my opinion, professional, polite and very friendly. The atmosphere and entertainment was upbeat and great to be apart of. I highly recommend this cruise with this fantastic company. Will go again!

Tour en Zodiak autour des Îles de Sept-Îles à 17h30. Ce fut très agréable et instructif. Le capitaine est expérimenté et il a beaucoup à raconter sur les îles, les oiseaux et les évènements qui sont arrivés au cours des années. On a vu des baleines.

Probably a fun ride if the boat is going. It's a big gamble if the boat will not be broken / bad weather. It's a 5 hour detour
