Went in to get a form notarized and I was refused by Gary. He said he doesn’t enjoy dealing with that certain type of form and simply said no. I waited 15 minutes in the lobby only to be refused service because of personal choice. Would not recommend.

Cathryn Hildebrandt Person is an incredible lawyer. She helped me with my separation and divorce. Super hardworking, efficient, fair and compassionate. All the staff at GMR Law are great to deal with and I would highly recommend their services.

Absolutely horrendous working with these people. Apparently they are who you deal with if you have insurance with Aviva. They seem to work at their own pace. Claims take forever to be handled because they seem afraid to pressure the other insurance companies for a quick resolution. Unless you have a dash cam or absolute proof to provide them that you are not at fault, then they wash their hands of the situation. Customer Service is a joke. They do not follow up on anything and are very dismissive. You would think they would look to help their customers out as much as possible. STAY AWAY as far as you can!!!

During the week between Christmas and New Year's there was a maintenance issue. I contacted Mitch Sharpe via email; his reply email stated he was away and to contact Hamiton Admin which I did. Within a few hours Mitch replied the issue would be looked after. The next day team member Ian arrived and fixed the problem promptly. My son was there and said Ian was awesome". There were some bumps during the ownership transfer

it was real good when we first moved in, always monthly check ins and inspections then all the sudden after a couple of landlords it seems like that stopped. there is also pigs that live in the building apparently, always spitting, blowing snot out there nose in the elevators etc... feel bad for whoever cleans the place. can't imagine what their place looks like.the view is nice though.

Grant Gibson is the most dishonest salesperson I have ever encountered. He doesn’t put the best interest of his client first whatsoever and is clearly only in this for a buck. He lacks ethics, honesty, or any kind of integrity. He tried to double-end a deal by burying my written offer to his client for weeks while he brought in other people to make offers. When I met the property owners they told me they never saw my offer until after it had expired. Everyone involved in the deal including the buyer, seller and my agent were disgusted by his unethical behaviour. He was reported for ethical violations and yet continues to operate in the area...disheartening.
