The employees were very accomodating and efficient when looking fir the type of vehicle I was interested in. Most of the grind work was done while I was at work so I pretty much just arrived, test drive and made my decision. The Gentleman I test drive with was down to earth, real and polite. Pretty much I have to say was right up there being one of the best experiences and fun time purchasing a vehicle I was definitely made Welcome and very comfortable talking to other employees that were not trying to make a sale. Excellent staff and experience!!

they are thief and Lier. they took off the center cap from my friends tires before delivery and did not putt original windshield on tesla.

I feel that’s it’s important to rate a person/company based on true experience and factual dealing.1) the service depart lacks knowledgeable staff when it comes to fixing the problem. Start with the girls whom are the service advisor at the service desk with the seating area. I will refrain from adding name at this time however you will know who they are very quickly2) when you have warranty and even extended warranty it means nothing to fixing the issue. They (service advisor, assistant service assistant manager and service manager) will all say it’s not covered under warranty and you will almost all the time receive a bill. Bill for what a new vehicle which it’s built and serviced poorly? You have warranty plus extended warranty and still have to pay? Vehicle goes in for repeated same issue and does not get fix and told let diagnosis the issue and go from there is however when have to tell you there will be a charge!3) there has a been a number of issue which are all documented i heaven had to record what they say and take videos of the problem because they(service tech and assistant service manager) are not able to verify the issue. It’s amazing that the onus on a warranties vehicle is pushed back to the end client to prove to them there is an issue yet client will still be charged? Total chrysler does not warranty it. All call will be made to head off and to the upper management of Oxford dodge and see what is going to be done.I will update this review after all my calls and on going dealing!In closing this is a unbiased review and it’s important that your assessment and buying and service from this dealership from not onlyMy review but from all other negative reviews on this dealership be taken and assessed in much higher consideration.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff in service. They try hard to fix any problems/complaints. Sometimes the wait time is quite long compared to Ontario,where you could get oil change done in 15 minutes?? Still happy and waiting room is very comfortable

Customer service, attention to detail and respect are not this dealerships priority. In fact, it has soured my experience to the point where I need to write a review in hopes that it will trigger action at the dealership level. Although I have had very few problems with my Ram, there have been a few instances where I’ve had to bring it in for repair. The service department tells me that it is as good as it’s going to get, and that I can’t expect the truck to work like it was new. They were just fixing the hinges on my tailgate; nothing even mechanical. In addition, they have a rotating Chrysler sales person that is the epitome of an untrustworthy/false individual that will do anything just to get you in the door and then make it seem like it they are doing you a personal favor. My key fob stopped working about three years after I purchased the vehicle, and the Chrysler sales person told me that they would warranty my new key fobs for an extra three years if I purchased a new vehicle that week. What a slap in the face. It’s a $72,000 vehicle, why not help me out instead of lie over the phone just to get me to come down to the dealership to upsell a new truck? Overall, this is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Saskatoon. So much room for improvement.

I just bought a 2016 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T Limited and the car was in excellent condition. I went to get an independent inspection and they concurred. The service is awesome and they are super nice. Genevieve took care of me and she treated me like a friend and took a lot of time to help me. I recommend this place.
