Hi my name is Tracy and I have used Simply Cremations before that was back in 2008 and 2011 they were great then but they are even better know our Funeral Director that help us his name is Kurtis he made us feel at ease right away he is very knowledgeable about the business, we asked questions he answered them right away and as we went forward and told him what we wanted for my husband Ronald he listened, he didn't force anything that was outrages price, in fact he was trying to make it so much easier for us by picking out non expensive stuff( the box to cremate him in to the urn to put the ashes in) Kurtis explained step by step on how to get the government to pay because we didn't have the funds he also explained all the paperwork he was filling out for us. They took the burden off of us and they handled everything all the paperwork all you have to do is sign when they are done, they also had us meet with Kelly who did all the canceling of AHC and what ever else needed done to put it bluntly they are awesome and I would us them again.

The staff has been amazing through this whole process. Kurtis, Kelly, Dave and the entire staff have made the situation as smooth and seem less as possible.Everyone there has been so professional, caring and supportive through this difficult situation. We were truly touched by the concern and heartfelt sympathy they have shown us. Thank you.

Excellent quality, very reasonable price, punctual delivery, friendly and honest trustworthy staff, good communication, quick and easy transaction. I bought a $1499 casket for my dad who suddenly passed away V_V..., it was delivered to the funeral home on time the next day after I placed my order. The staff answered all my questions with details info in a friendly manner without finding me annoying. Highly recommended!!

The loss of a loved one is not easy, but we could not have chosen a better place to say goodbye to our beloved mother. At Annette's chapel, a very warm and lovely place, we felt at peace.Outstanding services from start to finish, well organized. They think about every detail from the complementary lasagna after arrangements (our mom has just passed that day), the beautiful memorial candle, the lovely legacy book and video, the extended family care program, which includes post-funeral services to help us with all the necessary paperwork after her death (Thanks Katherine Mamalyga).Furthermore, the staff is the best, very professional, caring, understanding; they made us feel at ease during this time of sorrow. My mom died in September 2021 and the staff was great but Henry Walser himself demanded I identify her body despite chain of custody. He was abrupt and pushy and he traumatized my family after a tragic loss.

Ordered a casket, flowers, and bronze marker for my Mom. Great prices, helpful staff. Easy to use website, showroom was helpful as well.Highly recommend.

My Dad passed away suddenly a couple weeks ago, just 7 months after my Mom passed away. Both times we used Martens Warman Funeral Home for the arrangements. Kevin and his team were kind, compassionate, and attentive to every detail. Each conversation was filled with dedication to ensuring our wishes were carried out. Cherished Memories is the only place to consider with the loss of a loved one. The staff are very caring and compassionate, the facility is very nice, and they will take wonderful care of your loved one. I wish we would have dealt with these people when my dad passed. There were no hidden charges (there were with my dad....another big bill after the small funeral), the prices for services are quite reasonable, and they answered any questions we had with kindness and understanding. This is the best place to go, the only place to go. Keep up the great work!
