This was an amazing they made renting DVC points easy the staff were very helpful in every step of the way answering all question before the trip .We stayed at BayLake Towers at the ContemporaryResort Walt Disney World this was such and awesome experience would highly recommend this service

We have been to Holiday Park several times and will be back. Check-in is friendly and efficient. Staff are willing and able to help if there are problems. The sites are roomy. We've also stayed in a condo room and found it comfortable and clean. This is a nice park.

This company is a total fraud. The 100% Guarantee is that you will never see your money ever again. You have been warned. They need to be investigated and shut down. Now it appears that they have likely hired a company which posts fake positive reviews.

I have never experienced a company that has so little regard for who creates its income and sustains its business. If you are a DVC Owner, DO NOT USE this company. I had points listed with them, they contacted me to make a reservation, I made the reservation, I returned all communication in a timely manner… same day. They allowed the Guest who made the rental request to back out after the reservation was made. Their own policy states in the request process that rentals are final. If you are an owner, use a reputable US based company who will enforce their policies. David’s will not enforce their own policies, they will not return emails in a timely manner, and they will not return phone calls when they say they will. There are DOZENS of bad experience with David’s following COVID - I wish I had read those reviews prior to listing with them. On top of all of that - David’s kept the deposit from the guest that backed out and did absolutely nothing to compensate me for my time. I have filed a complaint with my state’s Attorney General Consumer Protection division. I gave the company multiple avenues to make this right - and they refused. DO NOT USE THEM!

This company was great at taking my parents money 3 years ago and now my dad has passed away. Still isn't resolved and they do not even have the decency to return phone messages or emails that have been multiple. All I was asking for was an update of any information. Meanwhile my mother has to continue to pay for maintenance fees on a time share she can't use because it is locked up with secondary ownership

The service I received from Joshua was excellent, he was very responsive and pleasant when I had questions about the rental.

Can't recommend highly enough. This is a great way to have a Disney vacation within your financial means. We stayed a week in a DVC rental for less than half of what we would have spent for a week in the hotel side of the resort we were in. Renting with DVC is quick, easy, and painless. We didn't get our first choice this time around because we were booking a little too close to our travel dates, but the alternatives they offered actually saved us some money from our first pick and we ended up absolutely loving the resort we stayed at.
