Purge valve went on my Mazda 3. Got a decent quote, decided to go through with it. The work that was done was transparent and pure. Honestly, a great team works here and will be coming back for future repairs! Thanks again!

Went in to ask about having my hid lights properly rewired and to add whatever they need, guy at front desk was completely useless and told me nothing I didn’t know and helped with absolutely nothing. Useless shop and group of losers. Will never go back, and no Gary if your shop helped id most likely have an appointment booked rn instead I’m on the hunt for another shop, thanks though gball

I been dealing with various automotive repair shops for over 40 years and the service Tyler and Rory preform is second to none. They are professional & courteous. They inform you every step of the way. As Tyler says before you go “down a rabbit hole” he’ll inform you what is involved. As we know whenever you repair anything there are other components involved and he lets you know what can happen if one is defective it may be tied to another issue… that’s the sign of a pro! Thanks for your great service on the four different vehicles you have “ helped me maintain”.

I highly recommend Bear's Repair. I've had regular maintenance and repairs done at bears, and they have been fairly priced, thorough, accommodating, and excellent communicators.As a woman I sometimes feel like I'm being talked down to when it comes to automotive stuff, but never at Bears. I know enough about cars and engines to know they've never tried to bamboozle me, or assume I don't know what's going on with my vehicle.I will take my vehicles here for the rest of my life in Winnipeg.

I have been taking my vehicles here for 7 years now and would highly recommend. Heather is always there to great you with a smile and a friendly hello when you drop off your keys and mark is extremely knowledgeable when diagnosing an issue with your vehicle. Only place I'd trust brining my vehicles too! Highly recommend!

We had a problem with our horse trailer brakes and were driving by, Darcy helped us out giving us answer and direction within 5 min. So helpful!

While driving from Port Alberni to Duncan, the belt on my car snapped. Luckily Jeff from JD Auto answered my call, ordered a new belt, picked it up, drove out to where my car was and fixed it on site without me having to get it towed anywhere. I was back on the road within 3 hours. He was super friendly, and I thought the price was super reasonable for the service I got. Would highly recommend if you need a great mechanic in the area!
