After a misunderstanding, and after speaking with Salomon Bernier and Alex at RedOne Music, I realize that sometimes things happen. These guys took very good care of me and I believe that they do care about their customers. They do what it takes to make their customers happy..... and they did that with me. Best L/M I’ve ever been to. I get everything here. Bought an Epiphone les Paul used once and when it was missing the coil tapping feature they swapped it out for the same model brand new with no extra charge. That’s how you keep customers.

The friendliness and service at this store is a breath of fresh air when making any kind of musical purchase. I dealt with Rory and he was knowledgeable, personable, patient and incredibly helpful. Friendly knowledgeable staff that can take care of all your music related needs. They don't pressure you at all if you just want to browse and if you want to test any equipment they are very accommodating. Honest and fair with their pricing as well. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking for a new instrument.

Went to this store for the first time and WOW. It’s clean, organized and absolutely beautiful! I am so impressed! Picked a few items up and love them.

Came in looking for a digital piano and did a lot of research ahead of time. I knew this location is older/smaller but I was plesantly surprised they had most of the various Yamaha digital piano ranges to try assuming you are looking for a Yamaha piano.Linda did not give any pressure and was not pushy at all. She ended up introducing me to Yamaha silent pianos which I knew nothing about. Checks all my boxes except the price obviously. She told me all the various features etc. but I still like to validate and read online forums before buying. Everything checked out and I worked out my finances and decided to go with a new Yamaha silent piano a few days later!Only comment, expect to pay more to move a piano up a flight of stairs. I was originally told it was going to be around an additional $100 but it turned out to be $200.

Tapestry Music is small but has everything I need . Big music stores didn’t have the amplifier but they did . The most fun instrument they have is a full on Electric Ukelele. Saving now for that fine blue electric ukulele. Sales people were helpful and searching for the product I came for . Thanks Tapestry Music for your service and good price .

The manager Bill, plus the staff, Riley and Duane are super. Patient and helpful and knowledgeable. Bill goes the extra mile for customers. These days, that service commitment is in short supply in the retail industry.

I bought a keyboard stand from this location. Tommy was very helpful finding me the right stand. He was genuinely interested in my questions and gave me really good information about everything I asked him.
