I had a pretty decent experience at Rhino.I went in as a guy with no experience in labour jobs (was previously working a desk job), did a short course to get my flagging ticket, and was flagging at Costco in Langford by the next day. Thanks to Rhino, I was able to get Christmas gifts and travel up island.The staff are all great and really try their best to keep everything very positive/enthusiastic and pair up workers with compatible employers. If you need bus fare/gas, they will front you $5 beforehand. They will also lend you any safety gear etc., however some pieces like glasses and gloves must be purchased if used. If a gig doesn't work out for you, you can politely ask to be reassigned to something else.

While it took awhile to find a posting that was suited to me, once they placed me, it was a great fit and I chose to stay on at the company permanently! I attribute the time taken to find me a position was due to the slow job market more than anything else.I'm very thankful that I signed up with Friday and was treated well throughout the process. I appreciated the follow up done while I was still temping, and Jenny was a thorough and helpful recruiter. During my contract with Friday Group I have been given interesting assignments with great companies. My experience with Friday has been awesome. I have worked with several recruiting firms and Friday has surpassed them all by miles.
