Buyers Beware! I'm not sure if any of these glowing reviews have had a problem with their tub, but the second you have an issue their tune will change! I have never been spoken to so rudely by a manager / owner (unbelievably) in my life. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect at $12,000 hot tub to be under warranty for the first year without having to fight about it. Be careful to ask all the right questions around there after service care. Don't be left in the same position that so many other of their customers have been left in. I haven't heard one glowing review from anyone who has had to have them back after their purchase. We have reached out now multiple times with no response. I'd be happy to hear what you are going to do.

Joann and James are the best in the business. Incredible communication, quality of work second to none, professional associates, and a level of care that put us at ease. the finished product looks like something from a world class spa/resort.

Spoke to them about some cleaning chemicals. Drove to Truro to purchase, to find them closed in the middle of the day. No signage, nor any indication during phone conversation an hour earlier.Great way to move customers elsewhere.

Its a really big manufacturing plant. They even have rail connectivity for faster and efficient distribution of the raw materials they need and chemicals they produce.

Kevin (the owner) was very helpful and kind from the moment we entered his business!My business partner and I are in the beauty industry and were surprised to find many of the items we needed at Empire Cash and Carry! Nous avons acheté un spa cet hiver. Nous avons été super bien conseillé lors de l'achat. Pour la livraison absolument rien à dire tout c'est très bien passé. Nous avons eu un problème avec une pompe lors du démarrage de notre spa. Michael est passé nous montrer comment faire. Pour les tests d'eau et la vente des produits super service également. Que du bon à dire de cette entreprise :)
