The technician that arrived was great and really took the time to figure out what was wrong with our dishwasher. He was polite and did a great job, so we finally have our dishwasher working again. We are so happy with his professional service!

My Kenmore washer stopped working mid cycle, wouldn’t turn on and locked the clothes inside of it. I called this company and scheduled an appointment for the morning after between 9-11. A technician under the name Eyal have arrived to diagnose the problem and found it was a issue with the control board. After providing me with all the information needed, and explaining to me pricing in detail, he arrived the day after with an original replacement part for my washer. I was pleasantly surprised with the fact that in less than 24 hours my washer was up and running again. Eyal also provided me with some nice tips on how to keep my washer running more efficiently and preventative measures that needs to be taken in order to keep its life span.Efficient. Fast and pleasant. Give those guys a call if in need.

I called Carlos First Appliances hoping to get my fridge fixed. I left my number and Carlos tried calling me numerous times but my phone was having issues with the connection. When I was finally able to talk to Carlos, he spent a hour helping me over the phone. Eventually Carlos recommended me to call my fridge manufacturer to get a free repair. This advice worked and I was able to get my fridge fixed free of charge.Carlos knew that he was not going to get any money from helping me but still went out of his way to assist me. He may not have gotten my money this time but the next time I need assistance, I know who to call again.

I recently visited this scratch and dent store and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff was incredibly unfriendly and seemed more interested in making a sale than helping me find what I needed. They kept insisting that I would save money if I spent more, but the math just didn't add up. When I tried to ask questions, they talked down to me in a condescending manner, making me feel like I was wasting their time. Overall, I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for scratch and dent appliances. The staff's behaviour was unprofessional and made for a very unpleasant shopping experience. What I would recommend doing is checking out Lowes down the street if you are in the London area or if you don’t mind a drive checking out the Stoney creek location.

Technician came out and explain that the part they had wasn’t quite the right one. Got the correct part ordered and came back the following business day to fix my washer. Quick, professional, and friendly would recommend.

We've just built a new home with a number of high-end appliances to be installed. Mid-Ontario Appliance Installations provided outstanding service, were very competent with complex installations, and very creative in problem-solving (a la McGyver!). Ryan was a pleasure to work with and left everything in working order, clean and neat. We could not have asked for more or better.

This morning I once again received their assistance for my dishwasher repair. The tech that intervened was very scrupulous and competent, with very nice manners. The repair was balanced with the choices to be made and was more than effective. The fair expense in relation to the performance. Good job.

Really enjoyed working with Smart Appliance Repairs. Those guys really know their stuff. I reached out to them regarding my Frigidaire dishwasher which stopped washing the dishes and was making a very weird noise. The repair was done by Eyal who knew to tell me the problem in advance and arrived with the part in stock already. Needless to say it’s been a while since I’ve enjoyed such pleasant service and I’ll for sure use their services in the future.

The dishwasher was not operating correctly, and there was an excess of water. When John ran diagnostics, it was revealed that the issue was not a breakdown, but rather blocked pipes. John dismantled, cleaned, examined, and adjusted everything. Provided us with some recommendations and provided a discount. I absolutely like this approach towards a customer!
