At first this was a bit sketchy with how the store front is . But I followed instructions and called before heading over.Great guys who are down to earth.I guess I'd basically recommend checking the product before buying and do your due diligence. I got an adjustable dumbbell and it was pretty much in perfect condition.For those wondering, you do get what you pay for. Most likely returned items that are either new or refurbished. Just check before you buy.

Extremely unprofessional!!! Went to drop off an Android box for repair in August. Was told it will take 2-3 weeks to be repaired, that they would contact my reseller to let us know it was ready (they put a piece of tape on the box with his info and what was wrong).After several weeks, our reseller went in for another issue and inquired about our box, they told him they didn't know what he was talking about.My sibling called them back with dates of the box being dropped and the make and model, was told that it would be ready by Thursday before Thanksgiving. I went in on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, they couldn't locate my original box in the system or anywhere in the store.They gave me a new box same make and model, but they had originally taken my power supply also, then turned around and charged me $20 for the power supply that was in the package with the new box.Horrible experience and I'll never do business with this business again.

5 Star experience with Stephen and Victor. They both provided amazing customer service from start to finish. They never pushy, and answered any questions and concerns.One star penalty for the smell of the lounge(strong aroma spray) , it smell like a washroom.

Never seen an honest guy like the Chinese guy who works there. Left my laptop for repair. He calls me later that you don’t have to pay nothing because I didn’t fix anything. He said come to pick up your laptop. It is working properly. Woah . Gave him 20$ for coffee but he refuses. World will be better with this kind of people.

Prompt and great customer service. My service started within 5 min on phone call. Never get any service like this. Lots of movies, TV shows, channels and so on.

The owner was very cordial and friendly and helped get the hinges and screen of my laptop fixed the same day and that too at a very reasonable price. Will definitely recommend this place for any laptop or mobile phone repairs.

If you're thinking of going to any New Country location, highly suggest you go the the Langley Bypass location and make sure you ask for Jag to assist you. I purchased an LG washer/dryer machine on the weekend. Jag was attentive from the first interaction through post delivery. He was openly informative on every appliance, carefully listened to all my questions and concerns, and guided me to select a model that was most suitable for my needs. Next day delivery was arranged, delivery team was great. Jag even called twice on the day of delivery to make sure that everything went well.
