Public medical center

Today I visited Royal Vista Medical Clinic, as my Doctor has retired and I am in search of a new Doctor. Also for a sinus concern. The reception that I received was, very pleasant, understanding, and positive. My sinus concern was promptly review by a Doctor. Thank you for a very positive and comfortable visit. I have not experienced any of the complaints I have read on here.I have found the staff at the front desk were very pleasant,respectful and helpful. The appointment staff were pleasant as well in setting up my appointments.Good job staff

My wife was able to get in and out with her medication without any wait time. She was very pleased with their customer service and professionalism.

Went recently to do a blood test, and PAID money to have the results from their private lab. Nurse first told me I had to be fasting (when I did not) and then was unable to draw blood. She blamed me the FIRST time for moving. The SECOND time she told me my vein shut down. The THIRD time she told me my vein shut down again. She wanted to go for a FOURTH time but I quit at that point and left with only half the required tests. NEVER have I had someone attempt to draw blood 4 times from me and unsuccessfully.

I had a great experience as a walk-in patient at this clinic this morning!The front desk ladies were friendly, sympathetic, and helpful.Dr. Dawkins was great and did a thorough assessment. He gave me the option of purchasing a rapid strep throat test so that I wouldn't have to wait 2 more days for the lab results before starting antibiotics. I was there for just over 2 1/2 hours in total but, as a walk-in, that didn’t seem unreasonable.I would recommend getting there right when they open if you want to try to walk-in though.

Dr elhasumi was very kind patient and understanding and tried to give the best support he could he took the time to listen to my concerns and was very kind and was worried about me and my mental health issues I definitely recommend seeing him at this clinic he’s probably the best doctor I have seen

Dr was able to see me, diagnose the ear/sinus infection. Provided prescription in timely manner.Front staff were pleasant to deal with

i would give then 4 stars but their wait list is horrendous. I can't wait 6 or more months !!! Not all their fault as dental care here is a tragedy.Update 2021 - I no longer go here as I was treated rudely and very unhelpful by office staff. I always had good dentists.

Amazing doctors and staff. I’ve seen multiple doctors there and they are all very knowledgeable. Dr. Moghrabi is the best doctor I’ve seen in Edmonton, he really cares about his patients and is very diligent. Totally recommend 10/10

I’m not sure if I have the right location. But I am dealing with Dr Hejazifar’s office.Whoever is the lady is who answers the phone is very rude.I have never needed to do anything like this before and wanted some information/ help.The attitude I received from this woman was uncalled for.If you work in health care, you work for people. To make sure they are getting better, getting what they need. People get scared when something happens to their health.If you can’t be a decent human being, don’t work for health care!And now because of this, I’ll use her own words “very time consuming, waste of time” to do this review. Maybe next time, stay home if you’re that much in a mood
