They Keep changing you every year without telling you. Initially I was happy with them because everything was online and fast. I received the medications on time, no problem.The issue happened when I no longer needed medications. Even though I said I need no more refills, I constantly receive reminders and the worst part is that they charge me in a yearly manner for what they call subscription to an online visit (which was only one time in reality)Unfortunately they don’t answer the phone calls as well.So, I can’t trust them anymore. Do yourself a favour and use a real doctor instead of these websites. You will have much more control over your money with a real doctor.

My midwife referred me Dr Jay Nayak for my husband's vasectomy. I contacted them via the webiste and got a reply with an appointment very fast. The information provided was incredibly beneficial and the healing was a bit faster than they suggested it might be. I would recommend them to anyone looking to halt any more additions to their family.

Over the past six month working with Dr Paul Maximus, he and I developed a deeper doctor/patient relationship then I have with previous physicians that I worked with for years. What a great experience with Dr Paul, compared with the average doctor experience! He really took time to understand my health issues and goals. And he took extra time and helped educate me so I could be healthier. Highly recommend Dr Paul M!!

The desk staff are some of the rudest people you will ever speak to, shame too Dr. Bernyk and Dr. Crane are great.

The service is incredibly satisfying. I was able to receive feedbacks within 24 hours (it usually took a few hours in my case).

Horrible customer service and respect for others' time. I had 2 phone calls doctor appointment, took time off from work to receive the phone calls both times, and the first time the doctor call 2 hours after the scheduled time and the second time even after contacting the clinic after an hour waiting for the phone call, never received the call. I understand things can have happened on the previous phone call, but keep another patient waiting without any contact from an employee, or an explanation is complete disrespect with the patient time. They have to improve A LOT, their phone call appointments, or just stop doing it .

I had been struggling with deep right sided hip pain on and off for two years to the point where I had to begin dropping out of races. It was demoralizing. I had taken months off to rest it, perform rehabilitation exercises for it and I have seen other doctors for it, but the pain returned every time I ran. Knowing that Dr. Nelson is an endurance athlete himself and he understands the yearning to get back into the sport, I decided to work with him. Within one appointment, Dr. Nelson was able to pinpoint the source my pain - right sided sacroiliac joint laxity, likely due to a major accident I was involved in 4 years prior. He determined that prolotherapy to the ligament would be the most appropriate option and was honest that it could take a couple sessions for maximum results. But, after one prolotherapy session, my hip has felt great and I rarely notice any pain. I'm back out running on the trails and have a race in March that I am excited to run in. I am SO thankful for Dr. Nelson for giving me back my physical freedom and I would recommend him to anyone!

Charge is way too high for this quick consultation. Will consider and take right action to reduce the price for consultation. $350 is way too high.
