Water testing service

I first called the Water Shed in 2008 to replace the water softener that was in my home and have been very happy with this company's services over the past 15 years. My advice to customers is to stay on top of the maintenance and you will be fine. A bonus is that the company calls me every year to schedule an appointment, which makes my life a bit easier because this is one less chore that I need to remember.The staff are highly competent and courteous. Even more impressive is that this company has maintained a high level of customer service over the years despite internal changes to the personnel and the company's structure. I mention this because few businesses can pull this off.

Stay away. That is what I can say. Very nice people but very aggressive sales. Sales person just want to sell you products, had no clue if you actually need them. Makes up stories and tell you what you want to hear, but then the technician shows up and tell you a whole different story. Buy the right water treatment equipment shouldn’t be this hard, and it is not. Just companies want to sell you what they think you need, in reality you may not need it. They don’t train people before sending they out on sales calls.

I recently engaged Nelson Waters, with Ryan Souliere as my advisor, to install a whole house water treatment system in my home. We were having a system upgrade and I contacted A Plus because many of my co workers recommended them. I was not disapointed. Matt called me Friday morning and before I made it home after work I had a new water system. A PLUS service!!

We thought that Louis was an outstanding service rep. He was very knowledgeable in testing our system and getting it up and running. He was also so patient with us, explaining to us how our system works. Prompt delivery (communicated to us!) of our salt order the next day was appreciated.
