Mehul is very friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. I am definitely recommending him to all my friends. Purchased a new iPhone 14 Pro and opted to add screen protector and lens protector for the multiple camera lenses.No issues with the screen protector, however, the lens protector chipped on the edge in less than a week. This resulted in quite a sharp edge. Returned to Jump+ and they agreed to replace it, but were going to charge a $10 replacement fee. I replied that I felt that was unfair and eventually they replaced the protector at no charge.A few days later, the same issue, a chipped glass on the edge of the protector screen. This was my wife’s phone and it’s always handled carefully. When we returned after the second incident, it was explained to me by the staff that the lens protector “is designed to break” as that’s how they protect the lens. Highly doubtful. I asked for a refund and was refused on the grounds that it was a result of owner abuse. Very insulting. Don’t plan on returning after this type of treatment.

My iPhone X screen was broken, next day went to store talked to Ali, he fixed it within 30 mins for $140. Great guy! Thank you.

Trafficker of stolen items! Don't use the store for any service, they sell stolen items. My phone got stolen and the owner/sales representative David Rivera was looking at my face and saying that he doesn't have it, see the attached picture with the location.

Similar to others, had a custom build that I was working on and ran into a roadblock. Took it in and he had it up and running within hours. Fantastic service at an absolutely fair price. Highly recommended!
