Beautiful homes and neighbourhood

Worst place you can rent for a living! Old houses and nothing gets fixed around here. What's the point of renting here? If you were to rent, i suggest anyone to rent in a different company which you will actually live in a clean, well maintained place.

Property is a mess, hard to say what the problem is, probably equal parts difficult tenants and incompetent management.

Tabby Town is an amazing place to live and most of the people in here work and pay taxes as everyone else does in this world. The place is well kept up especially inside the homes here and the people are amazing

I work for a restoration company, and Tabby Town is very porrly maintained. Everyon'es unit is usually surrounded with garbage, stinks of cat littler, and urine throughout the unit. There is always garbage laying around the complex, fraffiti everywhere from the kids, drug use through out the complex. Especially with all of the little kids around. The work that I have done for some of the people in that complex have been very polite, and have maintained their living area to a respectful standard. But, everyone let's everything go way to far, and even goes as far as having drug plants in their house. I would NOT want to live here, nor would I recommend it to anyone I know.

Nice little grouping of townhouses. Semi-closed allowing high level of tenant privacy.
