Good idea for store and food sustainability, but they provide plastic bags instead of recycled paper bags for example. All food is in acrilic bins that are absolutely not designed to hold food in it. On top of it staff was unfriendly and provides bad service

Dropped in here on a whim while in the area. Staff was all really helpful and friendly plus the location was really clean. Free on site parking as well. Ended up getting some snack type things to enjoy and noticed all the gummies were really fresh and not hard.

Twice we have visited and they are not open when it says they are on maps. Call ahead don't trust what it says here. The owners need to manage their google maps business profile.

Great choices of different nuts; i love the natural nuts, for healthy daily snacks, always fresh at La pistacherie. They have dried fruits and lots of other products too. Great service with a smile!

Went to the Bulk Barn for the second time since the Covid outbreak. They were doing it right! There was a short line of 4 people, and they would only let a small number in at a time. They had hand sanitizer and those cheap (but effective) plastic gloves to wear. They ask you to use the sanitizer on the gloves before going in. When it's your turn, a staff member gives you a sanitized cart and accompanies you with their own cart full of scoops, bags, tags and whatever. You tell them what and how much you want and THEY scoop it out and put it in the bag. Then the scoop is sent to be washed, not reused in the bin One and done"

I am at bulk burn at chain lake and we faced really get bed customer service.One of representatives she was telling her self manager. We were looking for past and macaroni we used steel big scoop which was there and not even single time we touch food at that time that girl who is manager she was there and tell us so rudely we can not touch food and we have to ask one of rep for that i do understand that but we were not touching food plus the way she was telling that was not acceptable way and good customer service and not even ready to listen us and then at counter agin we try to talk her but she was not ready to listen and talk aggressively and went away from desk .I really like to address this bad customer service .

Had almost anything you can think of. Super friendly employees too! Bought cute pasta! Great price!!

Popped into the Bulk Barn at the Center Mall in Hamilton to round out my baking supply needs and various treats for Christmas. As always the staff are friendly and available while not hovering or worse, absent. Appreciated the staff followed Covid protocols pleasantly. Always a deal to be had, either advertised, with a coupon or even discount Wednesdays (which I'd missed). Premises are clean, and well laid out. However, and this is not the store's issue but a product of the current times; a lot of bins were empty. Stocks depleted due to distribution issues, many seasonal favorites never even made it. Overall a pleasant experience.

This place is amazing! They have all the spices, baking ingredients, and foods available in bulk. Prices are cheap! Service is great! They even have some harder to find foods and spices, organic foods. It's hard to leave!

Always love Bulk Barn. So many healthy food choice. Great service. And now they allow to bring out own container to hold goods. Which helps reduce packaging which is amazing. Good selections of seasonings.
