Mailing machine supplier

I have been dealing with Bill and Shawn for a couple of years now. We have a neo post postage machine and we purchase most of our toner cartridges from them. The service is spectacular! We most recently purchased a new multifunction printer/fax/copier. When we have any problems they come within minutes most times and always respond promptly to my calls or emails. They understand we are running a business and try to make sure we have what we need to operate at full capacity. They have proven to be trustworthy and reliable. Like almost everyone else on here, I wish I could give them zero stars. What a dinosaur of a company. Save yourself the grief and don't use them. We've been using them for our company for years only because there's no other choice in Canada. But no more. I'd rather buy stamps from the local postal outlet.

They are awful. We have been trying to add money to our postage meter for nearly two weeks and no one ever calls us back. If you're thinking of doing business with this company, DON'T. They don't even deserve 1 star - it should be zero stars!

We switched to CBS a few years ago and have been very happy by both the machines and the service. Our account manager Mark is always available to help out and answer questions. The few times we have needed service the techs have been very fast and knowledgeable.The printer itself has so many features that make our lives easier like tri-folding and stapling! We felt that Mark really listened to us, and considered our printing needs and budget to help find a perfect printer for us.

We are very pleased with the service provided by stephen. He was attentive to our needs and provided the best equipment for our applications.
