They lost my documents. It was registered delivery and I have a proof the package was delivered by currier and signed by WES employee.I called to only get the response - we are soooo good, blame Canada Post. No support, no regrets - even no Sorry"I lost time and money.Choose another company if you can or be prepared for the poor service and frustration."

I had a highly unpleasant experience with WES. The evaluation process was delayed, extending for almost a year and a half, and whenever I sought clarification, each advisor provided different explanations. This inconsistency wasted my time and resources and was utterly frustrating. Moreover, I felt disrespected and treated like a fraud despite putting immense effort and hard work into my education. Unfortunately, this delay cost me a chance to pursue permanent residency in Canada. Even after two years, WES provided me with evaluations when it was too late. As a result, I would recommend other agencies to my friends based on my experience.Thank you

I'd like to advise not to use WES services under any circumstances.. Absolutely terrible customer services and poor performance on the businesses behalf. Transcript was sent in over 3 weeks ago with a projected 7 day turn around time and cannot get a single knowledgable person on the phone to tell me why its taking so long. The only response I get is I will escalate this." I will also be submitting a complaint to the University as well to advise they do not advertise WES's services on their website."

Very poor service they offer.I sent my documents to WES for verification and selected standard delivery which says that report form will be delivered in 30 days. But after 3 months when I've not received it yet, I ordered duplicate one and selected courier delivery (overnight shipping) and paid for that. Just after an hour of ordering duplicate report, WES systems automatically changed my courier delivery to standard delivery. I've sent emails to them and also called them dozens of time, but they aren't responding and considering my complain yet. Today(2023/05/11), it's been 6 months but I've not received my report form. Everytime I contact WES, they keep saying just one thing that I should check with my local courier if they are experiencing delays or something. But there is no issue with my local courier services.I'll not recommend this to anyone. WES is just a wastage of your money. They even do not deserve one star.

They lost my first set of documents sent by my university. When I gave them the tracking number they just replied I should check with the carrier, even though it clearly said delivered. Now I am uploading documents and the status doesn't change, it's saying it's still missing the document which I already uploaded weeks ago. Their support form is an absolute joke. Answers happen after many days, but then you only receive a standard message and have to open another TIC if you need another answer. Explaining the same issue over and over again. Do not use their service please. If I hadn't paid their fee already I would go to another provider

Worst service ever! I am upset about WES services. The worst service ever, the assessment team is not well trained. They have written my Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering degree to B. Sc in Engineering after evaluation. I called several times customer services and the helpline, they just said that they can not help in that case. How have you done such a great mistake? How do you interpret a Biotechnology degree into an Engineering degree? If you do have no skilled assessment team then why are doing ECA? WES only cares about money and nothing else.

Don’t use them. Although universities diligently submit everything fast they will keep your money and your papers for months without doing anything, when you call they first say they didn’t receive anything. Then the university resubmits and they still say they didn’t get anything. They keep you waiting for months, although this is such a time sensitive subject for so many people!

Very poor experience. I have submitted a query to ask to return my documents which I have not received after the evaluation was done and 2 weeks later there is no reply on their end. I have spoke with 3-4 Customer Service Representatives who assured me that the query was passed to the correct team to action and nothing .... Can't believe that an organization like this cannot answer to a customer for more than 2 weeks. I would not recommend it to anyone!

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!WES Canada is a SCAM.After my education body had submitted my transcripts to WES Canada, they refused my documents without notice to me or my education body.Having noticed that 3 weeks had passed and no update was provided, I reached out to my education body who did a thorough investigation. That's when contacted WES Canada and was informed that they had refused my transcripts and then later asked for them to resend it.Because of all the time lost, I logged into my account and paid for Domestic Overnight shipping to get evaluation faster as soon as it is completed.Upon completion of my evaluation and expectating to get it the following day, my evaluation was delivered 8 days later.I contacted WES Canada on several occasions and they told me that I CANNOT get a REFUND for the inconvenience they caused and especially for not ensuring I get my evaluation the next day; they failed to keep up their end of the bargain. They advertise a service and charge additional for it, but do not follow through with it.I even called and speak with a Supervisor by the name of Aurelie and she made it clear that I will not receive back a dollar for their false advertisement and negligence. So basically, I should consider it a charity donation/offering.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WES CANADA!!! Instead, go to ICAS Canada.

WES's customer service provides templated responses like an AI. Their agents have no idea what their own website says. Their 7 days turn around is a total sham, and its been 25 days, and they have not even acknowledged that I have submitted the documents they asked for. My degree is from U of Oxford, UK, so surely its not that they need to do diligence to verify the university exists. Use a different agency if you value your time.
