The screening consent cover was only about one morphine pain killer and then the screening technicien rapildly talked about an opioide blocker that would be tested for adverse affects the night before the dosing. At the clinic arrival the first day of the study the techninicien in charge of reading the consant had an incomprehensible english saying one english word and one chinese word. It's only during the doctor check up once inside the clinic that I've learned that I would be dosed with one morphine pill and three opioide blockers pills to counteract the effect of the drug making it a four dosing study but getting payed only for one dosing. In no case I was worned that a 30 mg morphine pills is a very strong dosing and that I should expect the worst of the side effects. As predicted with the strong dosing and the combination of both drugs side effects I've felt very druggy for 36 hours in the clinic and I've felt very weak and had stomach cramps for 48 hours after I was out of the study to a point where I had to sleep in my car until the middle of the afternoon before driving back home to Montreal. All that for only 500$.On my final check appointement I've told the screening clerk that I would be at the clinic between 13:00 and 14:00 and they knew I was comming from Montreal. At the appointment I had tho wait until 16:00 to learn that there was no doctor available to finalise the study and that I would need to come back once again from Montreal with no extra compensation to patch their poor staffing organisation and until then they will withhold my check until my final doctor appointment.I'm now in the process if writing a formal notice to recuperate my money with no further conditions since I've complied with all the commitment that I've signed for in the consent.Do to the generalized lack of professionalism and the poor compensation money cheaper then what it was ten years ago this study was the last one where I was putting my health in the hands of a sketchy clinic like Pharma Medica Research.Study protocol no.: 2022-5266By Dr. Janice FaulknorSimon Vaillancourt

I like this company. Good staff. My most recent interaction was with Simona. She's extremely pleasant , very attentive , she's very clear and some how answers my concerns before I get a chance to ask. She is really an terrific asset to Bio. I really wish there's more staff like her. I wish there's more people like her period. Thanks a lot

Staff are courteous and phone recruiters very good to disseminate study info and set up screenings. Any concerns are addressed in a timely manner. The call in results is still a major aggravation though as subjects block lines with multiple devices competing for a spot which increases the traffic and wait time 3x . No less than 40 minutes waiting on the phone and , just to get a standby position which I get every single time !!Hope numbers will one day soon be assigned automatically in accordance to medical screening numbers with no call ins.Pleassssssse change the subject numbering system !!!!!
