Best L/M I’ve ever been to. I get everything here. Bought an Epiphone les Paul used once and when it was missing the coil tapping feature they swapped it out for the same model brand new with no extra charge. That’s how you keep customers.

The friendliness and service at this store is a breath of fresh air when making any kind of musical purchase. I dealt with Rory and he was knowledgeable, personable, patient and incredibly helpful. I feel that I got the best value for my trade ins and the absolutely best price on my new guitar. Couldn’t be happier, be sure to ask for Rory in guitars.

I had an issue with this location the other day. But Shawn the owner fixed the issue immediately earlier today and gave me the best customer service experience which he was very courteous which made me so very happy today. The owner of this location is so amazing. I've been coming here for over 25 years. If you have an issue, Shawn will rectify it right away. Also their employee Jeff is amazing to deal with with outstanding customer service and he's always so very courteous with Customers. If you come to this location you'll be amazed with how great their customer service is and they have great products to pick from and also always give you great deal to buy your products from you. Their Pawn system is great as well.Shawn and Jeff you guys are the best. Thank you so much.

Friendly knowledgeable staff that can take care of all your music related needs. They don't pressure you at all if you just want to browse and if you want to test any equipment they are very accommodating. Honest and fair with their pricing as well. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking for a new instrument.

Went to this store for the first time and WOW. It’s clean, organized and absolutely beautiful! I am so impressed! Picked a few items up and love them.

The manager Bill, plus the staff, Riley and Duane are super. Patient and helpful and knowledgeable. Bill goes the extra mile for customers. These days, that service commitment is in short supply in the retail industry.

I've given Jetts 3 chances now, and am never returning. I would sooner travel out of town to purchase my gear. This isn't to bash the store, the owners or employees in anyway but, its constructive critiscm. Read these, take them into consideration and potentially become a better store. My first experience was when i was just beggining my music, i wanted to purchase an electric, i had been playing for a few months. They denied me to play any guitars because i didnt have the cash on me (i was 12, like my mom was gonna let me run around with 500 bucks in my pocket.) So i left, went to L&M and spent 600 dollars. 2 years later, i return, with my cash in hand, 1500$, and they were so unknowledgeable and were of no help so again L&M got my business instead. And not so long ago now, i walked in for a simple pair of strings, and they were pressuring me to buy more, and someone made the remark ''whats the point of coming in for a single pack of strings'' while speaking amongst eachother. That was my last straw. I walked out for my last time. I'm all for supporting small businesses, but this is not one i can stand behind. Go to Cosmic Daves if you want great customer service, amazing guitars and prices, and still support local. Jetts has potential, if only they would work on their customer service and such.

Don't go for any Games here, anytime I've gone to Big Eds for a game, the service has been ridiculous. Products are rarely tested or verified to work. Whenever a product is asked to be verified, they've always had a shady excuse and unable to do so. Have bought low budget games before that turned out not to work. Staff has Zero knowledge pertaining to any game hardware, yet act far too unfriendly. Too many times I've walked into that store to complete a deal and had to walk away because a product seemed not right. Three times I've tried to purchase a title over $100, that couldn't be tested or verified to function and had to refuse. Save your time and money and just order it online, better chance to get what your paying for.

Thanks a bunch for a Push 2 I got last night.First of all, the store looks stunning. The opportunity to finance my purchase made my day. I was literally going home with a smile on my face. Especially appreciate Tyler Abbott and Ben Prior for extremely polite service and friendly attitude. Amazing, guys!
