They have worst customer care. to confirm my appointment, I was first on line for 27 minutes and then my phone was disconnected without any indication. I tried second time, I was no. 3on waiting line and after two minutes , I was no. 7 on line. I spend 45 minutes of valuable time without getting connected. I will be writing to regularity commission and online petition should be filed to regulate these private labs.

I was very pleased with experience. Receptionist Tony and radiologist technician Tatjana were very helpful, and highly professional. I recommend CMI for anyone looking to get good, fast service!

Radimed ville st Laurent has the rudest staff. I wasn’t even greeted as I stood there for a good 5-7 minutes. Then the receptionist said she was busy. Too busy to say hello?Then the technician who took my breast exam did not say one word during my exam. I felt like just a body and she didn’t even ask me how I was doing. I understand they are understaffed and overworked but it does not give them the right to treat their patients as such. I work in healthcare and I would never treat a patient like I was treated there. Radimed West Island on the other hand is so kind and professional. I would never come back to ville st Laurent.

The clinic was modern, clean with great service. Everyone was friendly and made me feel at ease, with quick turn around time for results.

Polite, efficient, and kind staff. Having never had an MRI before I didn't know what to expect. Everything was well explained with encouragement to opt out if needed by pushing a ball.I was very happy with this clinic and would recommend it to anyone.

TLDR; Save your time and money and look elsewhere. Took morning off work, fasted for 11 hours, only to have my appointment canceled due to awful service by the receptionists.I made arrangements to show up to my 10:30AM appointment on time. While waiting in line, I noticed a sign that said Please be patient

I was 'forgotten' in the waiting room. After my first scan, I was told to wait. 2 hours later, not ONE person came and confirmed my name. I sat (in a gown) all morning waiting for my ultrasound. IT wasn't until I asked if I had been forgotten, that someone asked my name. The Doctor had been told that I hadn't turned up, so she went to lunch! Luckily the doctor was kind enough to return from her lunch to deal with me. In the end I spent 3.5 hours, sitting in a gown, watching people come and go. When I asked the receptionist, she blamed me for not having an appointment (???). I was very dissatisfied with the service and care given. I certainly will not return, and I am telling all of my girlfriends to avoid this clinic.Whilst sitting there, another woman had a very similar experience. I have been going to CAMIS for mammogram for many years. This past exam resulted in finding stage one cancer. I cannot be more grateful to the techs and radiologists who took care of me. I appreciate their perseverance in diagnosing me correctly and all the staff's compassion.

So grateful for this clinic. My wait time for appointment was very quick. I love the text ability instead of playing phone tag all day. My appointment was this morning. The tech with the very cool mustache was so friendly and great. All staff were great. Thank you so much.
