My husband and I highly recommend Fenex Windows and Doors. The salesperson was most professional and we’re extremely pleased with our new front door. The installers Adrien Boisvert and James Dean are extremely professional, courteous and meticulous! They make an outstanding team! Thank you !!!

We did a whole gut job in our house in Westmount and Pella came highly recommended. It was the worst experience we have ever had with any vendor in our year long major reno job. They are super responsive when it comes to the sale but then our installation date got pushed back 3 months when they had initially promised a 6 weeks delivery to install date.When they did come to do the job finally (after we called multiple times, showed up in person, threaten to take legal action!!!) they did not complete it then we had to go through this whole ordeal again for them to come back to install the flashings. Not to mention that the owner clearly has personality issues and was menacing and a pain to deal with.Thank god they are not the ones who actually make the product as it’s made in the US by Pella but Pella should really shut this vendor down.Avoid at all costs!!!!

Sa fais 2 fois que je vais à cette endroit et les 2 fois je n'ai pas été déçu malgré la petite erreur qui a eu la deuxième fois, de toute façon nous somme tous humain et quand on parle de façon humaine c'est toujours plus facile à faire corriger nos choses comme ce fut le cas avec moi.Merci à vous et lâchez pas

Très bon produits et service. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'équipe d'installation qui était professionnelle, sympathique et qui prenait le temps de nettoyer au fur et à mesure. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Good in service little higher in price

L’installateur a installé notre porte rouge aujourd’hui. Il faisait très froid et il a gardé son sourire pendant tout le temps de l’installation. Il nous a mis en confiance grâce à ses compétences, et sa détermination à accomplir un excellent travail, il est constant rapide et efface nous le vous recommandons haut la main.

Excellent service des artisans de la pose de pote et fenêtres pour tout les budget le chargé de votre dossier vous répond bravo

We had a great experience with Comfort King right from the beginning. When we called to make a consultation appointment, Athena booked us for the last appointment of the day so that we could go after work rather than having to take time off. She even stayed past closing to answer all of our questions! Athena was very knowledgeable and she made suggestions of things that we never would have thought of. Both she and Mariana were both very responsive throughout the process. When our door was ready to be installed Bill and Bruce arrived on time and were very friendly! They did an excellent job installing the door - it looks beautiful, clean, and modern! They even installed the hardware that we had purchased elsewhere and they re-installed our doorbell camera for us. I would definitely recommend Comfort King and look forward to working with them next time we need new doors or windows!

Good service, had the frame but one negative didn't put a latch on windiw screen.
