the food here is always super good!! i love the staff because they get things done professionally and quickly!!! i love how affordable it is and how kind the owners are!! my favourite place in town ^_^

Used to eat here after my son's appointment in the area. They knew my order and always gave us extra fortune cookies. I went back after moving away and the sent me with a bag of cookies for my son. Food was yummy.

Been going to the Madarin since 1987 love their food. My favorite hands down and the cooks and staff are great!

Good food and I al fussy. The chicken balls were more chicken than dough.

Worst Chinese in town! Canned mushrooms?? Need I say more? Specialty dishes were tasteless and by far the worst we’ve ever had! Complete waste of money!

I usually don't write reviews, but this place was AMAZING!! I ordered chicken balls, lemon chicken, and chicken fried rice. Everything was hot, fresh, and in huge portions!I couldn't finish it all.I'm going to recommend this place to all my friends and try to make it my new place to go!Excellent in all categories!

Flavorful dishes, not greasy. Decent service and it's licenced so if you do wait...Everything tasted different so it's not typical Canadian Chinese food, lol.A little too light on the meat, even for Chinese food. Most veggies were peppers and onions. Not a lot of broccoli or carrots.

The szechuan dish , sweet and sour ribs,or chicken balls, young chow, noodle bowl,spring rolls to name but a few of the chefs best , bon bons, honey garlic, ginger beef. And I love left overs , next day yummy.

Only giving one star because I can't give 0. I'm a PSW in a long term care home and tried to place an order on behalf of a resident. We called when they opened and while I was coordinating with the resident to figure out the order the lady said she needed to put us on hold and placed the phone on the counter. We waited about 10 minutes and then the call dropped. We tried calling back a few more times but the line was busy (assuming phone was still on the counter). We decided to give up and order from Golden Wok instead. After we placed the order, the lady from Mandarin called back to try and finish the order. I apologized and told her we ended up going with another restaurant. She tried calling back a second time but I didn't respond because I had other residents to care for. The lady had my name and the care home address from when we were trying to figure out cost and she decided to call the other restaurant pretending to be me, was rude to the Golden Wok staff member who answered the phone, and cancelled my residents order. I found out when I called Golden Wok back an hour and a half later inquiring about the delivery. The lady from Mandarin also knew I was placing an order to a care home. So she not only cancelled a care home residents order but decided to interfere with another business because she lost a sale. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. That lady should be deeply ashamed of her actions.
