I was just there for my ultrasound. and it was the worst experience I’ve had by far.The lady was kinda snappy. And when she was done she said she was going to leave a video up for us to take photos. And she left the worst picture you could ever imagine. When I said can you get a better one. She ended the session.I left my last ultrasound with nothing but a bad bad taste in my mouth. I didn’t even get the picture from the front because it was going to be garbage….. so sick of people not taking this serious. Some women thrive on having these good photos to know that their baby is good. I left their feeling like something is wrong with my child. Because I do not trust that blonde braided haired tech…Very ignorant. I hope you learn some manners and respect for the people that come in… so in other words I hope you see this and learn from your mistakesEvaluate your staff better. And have better time management of appointments..I am throughly dissatisfied with how that service went. Glad I know where to not come back for anything…

It was a good doctor and helpful

I've been here a few times and have only had great experiences. The ultrasound tech I've seen is really pleasant and easy to talk to.

They were friendly, professional and very efficient.

I called them over 30 minutes ago, left a message with my name and number so I can book an appointment, till the writing of this review, NO RESPONSE!Thank you for your message, please note your reply is far from the truth, if as stated you were trying to contact me and even saying you do not have a record of my message on your phone, sorry there is something horribly wrong with the management! If you had no record then how did you call me after nearly 2 hours and we spoke?

Updated: Took 10 days to get my results because the person who takes pictures for a living didn't see a problem so decided I wasn't important and put me at the bottom of the pile! But what the results really meant was the cause was something else so I should have been told immediately so I could check other possibilities! Thanks for the extra pain and loss of work!Was told the wait would be 1h 20min so I decided to stay, after 1h 30min they went to lunch meaning I sat in pain for over 2hrs when I could have found somewhere more comfortable. I received a portal that allowed me to see my x-rays immediately but was told my doctor would receive them in 3-5 business days (so a week), talk about assbackwards priorities. Send it to my doctor first I'll wait the week!

Looks like their staff members are hardworking and professional. I know this from my experience and I am sure others can have the same experience as me.

This is the most unprofessional and rude service I have ever experienced. Went in for my first ultrasound very excited. The technician was short and rude and acted like I was 1 in 10 people she had to rush through before she could take her lunch break. She was miserable and wouldn’t talk at all during the ultrasound or even show me where the screen was to look at. I went from being excited to experience my first ultrasound to leaving in tears. The technicians should enjoy their job and at least have some compassion and kindness. I called the office ahead of my second appointment to request a different technician for my second appointment as I wanted it to be a happy and positive experience. The receptionist was very rude and did not care that I had had a technician the last time who was rude and cold and told me there’s nothing she can do to prevent it happening again. I’m requesting my doctor book me at west coast family medical imagining for all future appointments.

we wait so long for the first ultrasound when pregnant. I didn't even stay in the room for 5 minutes. service very dry and without any feeling. everything is very rushed. I do not recommend.

I had an appointment with miss Mahin, I was there for my ultrasound check out. Miss Mahin was really professional and patient with me. If you need any help regarding the ultrasound, I highly recommend her.
