Rachel is amazing, needed hair removal and got an exceptional service! She is kind professional and friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. I don't throw around 5 star reviews for nothing. Rachel is the best! Thank you I really felt uncomfortable at first but I'm happy I chose Rachel.

I was looking to book a facial and looked up spas in Oakville. I came across L'Exquisite Day Spa and saw that Shanette had great reviews so I decided to book with her.Shanette was very warm and welcoming, and the spa is very clean. During the facial, Shanette explained each step and made sure to check how my skin was feeling along the way. It was a relaxing experience (even the extractions were minimal in pain) and I left with amazing looking skin!Thank you, Shanette, for the wonderful treatment. I highly recommend L'Exquisite Day Spa, and I will definitely be back!

Absolutely love going here. The receptionist Sarah was a absolute doll. My massage therapist Anne is always great. The spa is centrally located and they have valet services for your vehicle. The sauna, shower and changing room facilities are well appointed and clean. They are stocked with everything you might need. After your massage you can relax in either of their 2 lounge areas and have a snack and a drink of your choice while you relax. You can also use the work out facilities they have at the hotel by the spa.

Jamie is great for hair styles and Terri-lynn does amazing nails. Ladies you are great at what you do.

This spa is delightful but you do require a membership to go here. This involves purchasing a package that can be quite expensive for most (I was fortunate enough to be invited). Their staff are super attentive and sweet (even if I didn’t speak Chinese). It can be quite the busy place in the change room and their private changing room area (with a curtain) is very small… those who have a bit of mobility issues or a bit larger may find having g a private space to change cumbersome.

I received a gift certificate from my daughter for Mother’s Day and used it on June 9th. I have never been here before and was very pleasantly surprised by the spa, I had a mani pedi which included a paraffin wax treatment on my feet, amazing. The two girls that did my feet and hands were very friendly and professional and did an amazing job on me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spa to anyone. It was a very relaxing experience and it wasn’t rushed to get to the next customer. Thank you Keisha and Maddison and the rest of the staff at Refresh

I’ve never posted a negative review on here but I’m doing this after even trying to come to a reasonable resolution with the manager.Honestly, save your time and money this place is disappointing. Services are done by amateurs, they’re overpriced for the quality and spa manager is not helpful in resolving concerns. Spend the extra money and go to Sparkling Hill. I was looking forward to enjoying some spa time and this experience ruined my trip.

I’ve been going here for years. Only place that has never hurt my sensitive nails. I also bring my client ( special needs) to get her nails done. They are always so sweet to her and she loves going. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to go for your hair removal needs or just to have a little spa day. The only things I would change are the chairs they use to do pedicures as I prefer the massage pedicure chairs with the built-in jetted foot bath and they do not have these. I also wish they had higher quality / more durable polish options like bio gel as the other polishes just dont last for me. The staff are all very nice, very professional and always do their best to be accommodating. The bathroom could use an update but is clean. The facility Its very well kept and nicely decorated. For spa treatments that require cleansing, the rooms have their own showers. This facility does not have tubs which would be nice to have but overall, a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for hair removal or just a relaxing spa day.
