Doesn't understand what on time means.

I should have know better.When I called to get information about repairing my pressure washer and got into an endless wait on line. When I arrived 5 staff sanding around and still didn't get served. ( all not wearing masks even when the municipal regulations say they must. , also the sign on the door)Spoke with the 3 times. Each time people were rude. Paid for a quote and at the end the gave me a guess. Saying maybe more depending on time. Not sure why they charged me to get and quote and then say it's a guesstimate.If you can find somewhere else to go, I would recommend that.

I've been dealing with this store for a year now. They're always helpful and very friendly. I love NAPAs warranty and that they're everywhere! If I breakdown in another city there's almost surely a NAPA part store there to fill my warranty needs. I love the reliability of this company and it's products. I wouldn't go anywhere else for parts. I've called around when looking for the best price and they always seem to come out victorious. I look forward to dealing with them for years to come!
