Really enjoyed my first experience eating at mucho burrito! The staff were so friendly and helped me with the menu. Very clean and nice to eat inside. Burrito portions are huge and the chips/salsa are very fresh. Loved the mango salsa.Would highly recommend!

We used to go here all the time. Family of 7 lately they r cheating out on quantity. It was never an issue before, unfortunately we won’t be back.

Food was exactly what we wanted.The dine in experience is always meh. A little more attention to dining area clean up wouldn't hurt.

As a cash only shopper, I ordinarily I don’t require reading glasses to read the total amount of the food order when I shop or order food. I find the display on the Mucho Burrito cash registers feature impossibly small greenish font on a black background. Because I couldn’t read it plus the somewhat shy cashier had no idea how to handle someone who couldn’t see the total or was partially-sighted), I had to ask my friend what the total was, so the treat lunch was now awkward.I know adjusting the cashiers are expensive, so I would certainly appreciate if the cashier noticing someone squinting or struggling with the micro print clearly specify the total. Always love the food, though buying it is a hassle. Cheers!

Not sure if they changed owners but seems the new worker didn’t freshen the veggies and the rice was hard! Didn’t know that salsa was included with the side of chips so I didn’t bother. Usually very good but this one time the young lady was not representative of the usual goodness…

We make Mucho Burrito/Charlottetown a weekly tradition in our family. The owner and staff are simply wonderful, the food is always consistent, fresh and delicious! Every week we allow ourselves to treat the family to one pre-made meal, and this is our go-to every time :D

I came to this location around 8:30 pm. Which means their still open for another hour and a half. When I walked in i noticed that there only a small amount of veggies in the pan and they looked like they had been there awhile. She came out from the back and made the burrito. They didn't even offer veggies and it looked like she wasn't interested in making any. Nor did I want to wait for her to start cooking the veggies. The whole burrito was rice barely any chicken. Worst burrito I have ever had and I won't be going back. I paid 15 bucks for a tortilla and rice. Boo

The staff were kind and friendly and deserves a 5 but the food was not up to expectations. Portions weren't even and the meat was dry like it had sat there for awhile. This is the second time I've experienced this from a franchise I love. Won't be going back.

Trying to order a burrito, and the two female coworkers are telling a story and she can’t even understand what I’m ordering cause her friends story is better then my order. Got so bad I just stood there till they finished asked if everything was alright and proceeded , i feel a better over head staff would help this situation as they could baby sit there workersOverall unimpressed with my service today
