Energy supplier

The security guard in this building is extremely unpleasant every time I’m there. She needs to have the roles of her job explained to her ASAP. She shouldn’t take her personal frustrations out on the couriers that are there to do there job. She needs to realize that the job she does is a reflection on the company that employees her.

Probably the worst power company out there for pricing and customer service. I have an average family home with a wood burning fireplace that we use religiously in the winter and we're very energy conscious with keeping lighting and appliances off. I had 2 bills in a row at 900$ each so I started questioning whether their readings were correct or not and to verify. No reply what so ever from them and they sent it straight to collections within days of cancellation of services. My bill dropped to 350$ the next month when I made the switch. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OUTRAGEOUS BILLING.

Pretty much useless. Very pleasant people employed by the company but they are almost completely useless. Like interviewing criminals, one must use multiple lines of questioning to get facts from online reps. And then you must reframe it back to them in the most basic way to make sure that they understand what they are saying - because they don't. Its bizarre.

We are very happy with the service we have been getting through ACE for the past three years. As a microgenerator of solar electricity ourselves, we get a fair price for the energy our panels produce - much fairer that what our previous electricity provider gave us. We also appreciate the personal service we get whenever we have questions. There are no long queues when you call and no long menus to navigate when you call. Thanks ACE! Keep up the good work.

Craig came out to my home to do an assessment and did a great job of explaining what he was doing. He also had excellent information on the various programs and rebates I could take advantage of. The best part was he wore a mask which I very much appreciated as someone who is more vulnerable to illnesses. Overall super positive experience and I’d recommend this company to anyone!

uSaveMore really lives up to its name! Every month I see the savings coming in. Anson evaluated what we had, explained clearly how his program works, then he set up our systems and continues to give us exceptional personal customer service as soon as we call. We've changed our phone, TV and internet services, now getting more than we used to, at a fraction of the previous cost.

We've been using Peace Power's internet service for about 7 months now and I have had ZERO issues with them! Unlike bigger internet providers, it feels like there are real people behind this company who genuinely want users to have a good experience: they are very responsive (with multiple channels available for communication), they are clear about what they offer and how much it costs, and frankly they're quite affordable (with very decent service). This was my first time choosing an internet provider for my household with my partner and we feel really good about supporting this local Alberta company. We weren't locked into any contract (like most providers have), so we decided it's low risk if we don't like it. Brenna answered every conceivable question we had (and continues to!). 7 months later and we will be using only Peace Power for our internet services as long as we're in Alberta (:
