Great people to deal with.

Tyler was great. We booked him with minimal notice and he did a thorough home inspection for our first home. He spent a couple of hours with us, was honest and gave us great advice and insight. We would definitely recommend Tyler to anyone- it was a great experience.

Nous avons eu une inspection de cette inspectrice. Elle mentionne que c'est un mur de soutien quand on a un rapport d'un ingénieur qui confirme que ce n'est pas le cas. Elle dit qu'on n'a pas d'échangeur d'air quand on en a fait installé un et le pire est qu'immédiatement suite à son inspection, le robinet de notre bain flambant neuf est brisé (photo à l'appui date et heure) quand tout fonctionnait bien avant leur inspection et c'est nous qui devons faire les démarches pour le réparer. D'une incompétence inégalée et l'agent d'immeuble, Luc Fontaine de Remax, qui l'a recommandé aux acheteurs, ne fait absolumement rien pour faciliter quoi que ce soit. Si vous désirez éviter des problèmes, ne pas faire affaire à eux. Expérience désagréable assurée. Je ne recommenderais ni l'un ni l'autre à mon pire ennemie. Non, personne n'a une maison parfaite, mais on ne s'attend pas qu'elle soit endommagée après l'inspection par contre. C'est une première pour nous et on veut éviter à d'autres personnes d'avoir cette mauvaise expérience.
