Very bad supervisor. They treat people like a slaves. I suggest not to work here.they never appreciate their workers for their good work even they do not give respect to their workers.

Very clean and organised industrial wharehouse

I had Chemfax manufacture a private label product for me based on my exact specifications that they had not manufactured previously. I supplied them my own label designs, artwork, and branding. After we placed multiple orders we found that they then ripped off my design, intellectual property and idea and sold the products to my existing customer. Chemfax’s lack of morals and ethics is a terrible example of a Canadian business.Details below:On the Initial order we were told we needed to order 100 units of product as a minimum order. When the order was delivered the salesman Daniel screwed up and told us afterwards that the minimum order was actually double 208 units of what we expected. He said he would improve the price as best as he can to make up for the mistake. When the order came in the label designs we supplied and proofed were still not the ones they used.The 2nd and 3rd orders had the correct labels, but the price increased higher and higher. Sales were increasing as our demand for the product grew. Our product was selling and working well with our marketing.We then found out that the salesman Daniel took our product including literally 80% of our original labeling and approached one of our customers offering to sell him the same product with a different name for the same price as we pay, without the large initial order.When we found out we immediately contacted Chemfax and had both Daniel and his manager setup a meeting with us in person. They confirmed that they reproduced our product that they had not manufactured previously AND approached our customer directly to undercut us. They admitted fault and what they did was wrong. To make amends I asked that they purchase back the counterfeit product and remove it from the market, and credit us the profit we would have made and in return I will place another large order. When I followed up they said there would be a 20% price increase again and still they would not resolve the mistakes they made.If you’re looking for a company to provide you incompetent customer service, steal your designs and ideas, and try to sell directly to your customers they are the perfect choice for you. Otherwise I would recommend going ANYWHERE else, as some Canadian business still have ethics and morals.

I would like to share my first hand experience / relationship with Enviroway. The relationship has flourished for the last 25 yrs and I have seen it grow exponentially in that time. The growth can be contributed to the foresight of management. The need for environmentally conscious products / green chemistry and recycling practices which reduce our carbon footprint to a fraction of our competitors and yet still supply the utmost quality and cost efficient of products. I am very proud to be a part of this organization and play my part in making Saskatchewan , Canada and the World a healthier place for my children.

Its a really big manufacturing plant. They even have rail connectivity for faster and efficient distribution of the raw materials they need and chemicals they produce.
