Emergency veterinarian service

Our dog got very sick, and our regular vet was booked up and suggested bringing her here. They were prompt, compassionate, and very professional. They brought me back, showed me my dog's X-rays, explained some options, and took great care of her.My pup is sitting beside me while I write this, and I couldn't be more grateful. I cannot recommend them enough.

Never answers there phone or gets back to you i been trying to get ahold of this place to book appoint for my dog that’s 11 years old it’s pretty sad a company can’t answer the phone or make a call back that’s what a receptionist is for 24 hour emergency service is bogus if you can’t get ahold of them how can you do emergency services I called the other vet in town and got answered right away and an appoint booked this place needs to get better customer service I’m surprised there door is still open above all if I could rate 0 stars I would as this is very poor service I would not recommend anyone bring there pets there as if they can’t answer the phone they don’t care about your animal leave messages and still no call back

Aucune compassion envers notre animal en fin de vie et encore moins envers le client. Une fois la facture payé, ils sont bien pressé de vous mettre à la porte. Mention spécial à la préposée à l'accueil pour son attitude irrespectueuse et sa froideur légendaire.visiblement ,cette femme ne comprend pas que pour certaine personne leur animaux sont comme des enfants. De plus, nous n'avons pas reçu la fameuse patte trempée dans l'encre que toutes les autres BONNE clinique offrent en souvenir. Je n'y retournerai jamais.

Best vet care period and they went above and beyond saving my dog from parvo…..

He was very professional, kind and caring. I would highly recommend him especially if you want to say goodbye to your pet in the privacy of your home.

Riverview animal hospital recently performed a tplo surgery on my baby girl. They were kind, caring and willing to update me the 1 million times I called to check on her. They were thorough with instruction and medication. I felt very well supported and was confident to leave my baby in their hands.

This center is great, I’ll never be able to say enough about it. We have 4 cats at my house, and we drive 40 minutes to take them to this clinic anytime they need it. I would never go anywhere else, these people are the BEST. Our vet tech Ashley has taken care of our cats for years and I would never trust another vet office’s opinion on them. Every time I’ve been to this office it is an extremely clean, pleasant experience and the people there are so willing to work with you on times and dates for appointments. Love this place and will continue to go here through the years.

Communication was excellent. Surgery went well. Ovie was well taken care of. I live in Saskatoon but the drive out is worth it because Dr. Carmen and assistants have a great reputation.

Recently our senior cat became seriously ill. Dr. Jeff Lees was so compassionate, caring and supportive during this difficult time. Thank you for all you did to ensure Ozzy did not suffer. We would highly recommend Dr. Lees at the Chestermere Veterinary Clinic for exemplary care!
