Again Angelo Papanikolaou and Gabriel Frances of came to my rescue to settle an imbroglio with their Head Office Customer service. They are the best representatives of Bank of Montreal, they offered me a proactive and intelligent service.I ma so grateful for their presence.

Horrible bank ( every week locked out of account randomly, input new password and I get you can't use your last password" )Call online support an they say there is nothing they can do ..I've been a customer for years. And I'm ready to move all my stuff out of there just to stop this.It just keeps happening."

I honestly hate going into this bank as each and every time seems like a horrible experience dealing with the ladies here. More recently I had a very rude bank teller with long dark hair and glasses. This woman should not be in the industry of serving customers. Before I had a run-in with her I could see how she was treating and speaking with the customers ahead of me and it was bad. She has no business working at this bank or any other bank. Another experience like this and I will be moving my banking over to TD or Scotia.

Unprofessional staff i was there there and asked guy for assistance he said he’s off work and said that a girl will assist we were waiting for the girl to assist us and she left as well and the same guy said give us information about yourself as we give him information after checking he said you have account with is because my card was lost after few minutes he said you don’t have any account with us.wasting peoples time and trying to fool them with false statements should be fired from job

This ridiculous place has a cash withdrawal limit of $3000 and the employees look at you like you are crazy if you are asking for anything more than 5k.

Always a great experience when I contact the reps at this location! Kelly Tessier has been our go to specialist as her people skills and care for her clients, always shines through!

Personne ne répond au téléphone à cette succursale et personne ne rappelle même si on laisse un message!!! J'habite actuellement à Québec et je déménage dans moins d'un mois à Terrebonne. Ça m'inquiète beaucoup, car ce sera ma prochaine succursale!

Brutal service from BMO. After 25 years with them, I had a few awful service experiences with them. I cancelled all bank accounts with them and moved to RBC (which is excellent). They begged me to keep my credit card with them, which I did, under the premise that they would waive the annual fee moving forward. They have waived the fee for the last 5-7 years every year, but charged me this year. Hours on hold, sending online messages that aren't responded to, just the awful services continues. Now they are playing dumb and saying that cannot reverse annual fees. They have done it for the last 5-7 years and should check their own system. Used to love BMO and now will make my final cancellations on the remaining cards with them. Embarrassing level of service and professionalism unfortunately.
