Water damage restoration service

What a massive disappointment this company is.I would never ever suggested them .I have been dealing with them for over a year to get my table repaired/replaced and they have been useless and never follow up.IRWIN you are such a disappointment

It seems I'm in the minority here but I've been waiting for at least 2 months for these guys to confirm an appointment, and this is even after calling them 3 times to see if they were still planning to see me. 1 star for lack of customer service. If you can get them to bother calling you back, it sounds like they do great work!

So happy about the work done by Jun and his team! They were very efficient, professional, and friendly. We enjoyed the experience and they made the process very easy. Highly recommend.

Je ne suis pas satisfaite du service que cette occupation a effectué chez moi.On m'a dit que les appareils qu'ils ont laissé chez moi doivent fonctionner 3 jours , 24 heures par jour. Ce qui a été fait. Nous sommes vendredi on m'informe que l'on va venir chercher les appareils lundi. Lundi n'ayant aucune nouvelle je téléphone à monsieur Bechard et il me dit qu'il va être là demain (mardi) toute la journée . Mardi à 10h00 je n'ai toujours pas de nouvelle...je téléphone et il me dit qu'il va être là en pm seulement , je l'informe que je serai absente pm. Il me dit je vous rappelle aujourd'hui pour fixer un rendez-vous. La journée même je ne reçois aucun appel, j'attends au lendemain (mercredi) je suis à la maison toute la journée, personne ne vient et aucun appel. Jeudi matin, n'ayant reçu aucune nouvelle j'appelle mon assurance pour qu'il communique avec Monsieur Bechard. L'agent des assurances me dit que monsieur Bechard allait justement m'appeler (hasard ?????). Ils sont venus récupérer les appareils le vendredi. Donc les appareils laissés chrz moi ont été utilisé 4 jours et ils sont resté chez moi 7 jours, encombrant ma cuisine.Négligence.De plus j'ai demandé à cette compagnie de porter un masque pour ma sécurité, et en regard avec ma santé et mon âge les personnes qui sont venus chercher les appareils ne portaient pas de masque.C'est là le problème de bien des compagnies, ils prennent beaucoup trop de clients, pour faire de l'argent, alors ils sont incapables d'offrir un service de qualité.
