Horse rental service

Excellent customer service! I placed an email for 3 plumbing issues and was very impressed with the response from Krown and the crew who did the repairs. The reply was quick and the work done even quicker. The plumbers arrived completely prepared. Two workers fixed a connection in the toilet, installed a new kitchen faucet and installed a new hot water tank all within 90 minutes. Very professional, friendly, efficient service. The workers finished and left the place spotless clean after all their work. I would highly recommend Krown and their work crew to anyone who would rent with them or hire them as property managers. A special shout out to Holly H. who handled everything with a smile. The friendly service can't be beat.

Rented a property from Krown for over two years. Right off the bat, the best part was that they are pet negotiable, which is very hard to find, and it seems like a lot of properties from them are pet negotiable. We rented a fairly newly built house so not many issues, and any issues we did have were attended to by their maintenance staff in a timely manner. Our biggest maintenance item was that part of the fence blew over in a hurricane and they had a contractor out to rebuild it within the week. Communication was great and the staff were always good to deal with. Would recommend renting from Krown to anybody.

My 2 daughters have been lucky enough to be taking riding lessons from Amber over the last year. They have absolutely loved it, and have progressed incredibly. Riding lessons are their favourite day of the week, and the ranch is just beautiful. Amber is kind, patient, incredibly skilled, and wonderful with kids. I have watched their confidence grow with each lesson, which is amazing to see. We feel very lucky to have to opportunity to take lessons at Paradise Acres.

Not too good. I was always rode the ponies I did not want to ride, and that I was afraid to ride because they were rude. But I did learn how to jump but, i was trained to have bad habits. I think it is very stinky and most of the horses are worked too hard and ridden too many times in a day. The horses there are quite pretty and kind. Except my friend and I went to go watch her 8 year old cousins lesson, and she was bit really hard. And was bucked off. I don’t understand why they learn to canter on a lunge line with no hands. That is how she fell off. And their trainers are very very young to be teaching.

For a relatively cheap price, you can ride on a horse drawn sleigh ride across the lake.Since it was cold, we were really glad that we got to explore the area but didn’t have to do the walking.I’d recommend if you want to see more of the lake but are only there for limited time.The views were beautiful. And the guide was very friendly.

Had an absolutely awesome time at Winding Fences with Diane as our guide. The price is so reasonable and the trail ride through the Muskoka forest was just gorgeous!! The horses are very well cared for and even-tempered - this ride is great for beginners and experienced riders alike. Highly recommend!!!

Coûteux pour une randonnée 90 minutes, mais très beau site, chevaux bien choisis, guide attentionnée et habile pour adapter la promenade au niveau de chacun. Attention, il n'y a pas d'interaction (ex.: catinage ou soins) offerte avec le cheval avant/après la randonnée et pas de toilette mise à la disposition des clients (on s'est fait répondre d'aller dans un box! avant la randonnée, on a préféré repartir vers le Domaine Forget pour trouver des toilettes publiques...)

The staff was very welcoming and pleasant.The horses were saddle and ready to go when we arrived. And very well behaved on the trail.We will be returning for an other great experience this summer.

Booked a trail ride for myself for june 3rd 2023. Absolutely no complaints. All the staff members were friendly and professional. I did have a bit of prior riding experience, but they helped all the first timers out perfectly. Would highly recommend! Also boots my horse was great!

Great trail ride. Beautiful views and horses. Diane was friendly and very informative and great instruction. Had bonding time with the horses and ride never felt rushed.Prices were also fair and Diane was quick to respond to any inquiries.Would definitely recommend and also return!
